Precinct 1

Located in the Osage Township and is contained within the same boundaries as Ward 1 in the city of Osage.

Precinct 2

Located in the Osage Township and is contained within the same boundaries as Ward 2 in the city of Osage.

Precinct 3

Located in the Osage Township and is contained within the same boundaries as Ward 3 in the city of Osage.

Precinct 4

Located in the Osage Township and is contained within the same boundaries as Ward 4 in the city of Osage.

Precinct 5

Contains all of Douglas, Burr Oak, and East Lincoln Townships, and that part of West Lincoln Township which are census blocks 1092 through 1098, 1080 through 1082, 1101, 1107 through 1109, 1112, 1113, 1115 through 1120, 1127 through 1130, 1135 and 1144 and also referred to as Sections 2 through 11, and 14 through 18, 34 and 35 in West Lincoln Township. This precinct includes the city of Orchard.

Precinct 6

Contains all of Wayne and Jenkins Townships, and part of Liberty Township census blocks 1010, 1029, 2086 through 2088, 2094, 2095, 2113 through 2116, 4082, 4086 through 4098, 4107, 4119, and 4120 and also referred to as excepting Sections 1 through 10, 16, 17, and 18. This precinct includes the cities of McIntire and that portion of Riceville within Mitchell County.

Precinct 7

Contains all of Union and Stacyville Townships and that part of Liberty Township census blocks 2052 through 2056, 2068, 2073 through 2080, 2083 through 2085, 2089 through 2092, 4080, and 4081 and also referred to as excepting Sections 10 through 15, and 19 through 35. This precinct includes the city of Stacyville.

Precinct 8

Contains all of Otranto, Newburg, Rock Townships, and part of Cedar Township west of Echo Avenue, north of 320th Street, and west of Dancer Ave, census blocks 2059 through 2069, and 2111 through 2114, and also referred to as Sections 3 through 10, and 16 through 18. This precinct includes the City of Carpenter.

Precinct 9

Contains all of St. Ansgar Township and that part of Mitchell Township of which are census blocks 1040, 1042 through 1048, 1050 through 1052, 1059, and 1064 and also referred to as Sections 21 through 29, and part of Sections 33 and 4. This precinct includes the city of St. Ansgar.

Precinct 10

Contains Mitchell Township of which are census blocks 1053 through 1063, 1065 through 1068, 1072 through 1079, 1084 through 1086, 1090, 1103, 1108, 1109, 1116, 2019 through 2021, 2028, and 2029, and also referred to as Sections 1 through 3, 5, 10 through 12, 16, 17, 24 through 36, and part of Sections 6 through 9, 15, 18, and 32 and part of Cedar Township of which are census blocks 1113, 1115, 1120, 1121, 2031, 2032, 2070, 2075 through 2077, 2089 through 2101, 2105 through 2110, 2115 through 2118, 2126 through 2128, 3041 and also referred to as Sections 1 through 5, 8 through 17, 20, 29, 32, 33, and that part of Sections 6, 7, 18, 19, 21, 27, 28, 30, 31, and 34. This precinct includes the City of Mitchell.

Precinct 11

Contains that part of Osage Township west of the city of Osage census blocks 1081 through 1083, 1110 through 1112, 1118, 1119, 1122, 2078, 2130, 3030, 3044, 3057, 4001, and 4002 and also referred to as Sections 14, 2, and that part of Sections 15, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, and 35 in Osage Township, and that part of Cedar Township of which are census blocks 2088, 2102, 2103, 3042, 3043, and 3058 also referred to as Sections 2, 3, and that part of Sections 34, and 35 in Cedar Township.

Precinct 12

Contains that part of Osage Township east of the city of Osage census blocks 1043, 1047, 1048, 1053 through 1055, 1059, 1060, 1062, 1073 through 1075, 1080, 1084, 2000, and 4000 and also referred to as Sections 13, 17, 18, 20, 29 and that part of Sections 19, 24, 25, 30, 31, 32, and 36 in Osage Township, and part of Cedar Township census blocks 1051, 1104, 1105, and 2104, and also referred to as part of Sections 1, 12, 13, and 36, and part of West Lincoln Township census blocks 1049, 1050, 1083, 1099, 1100, 1102, 1103, 1106, and 2129 and also referred to as part of Sections 1, 12, 13, 31, 32, and 36.
